Christina Degbo

Christina Degbo brings over a decade of experience in education and leadership to her role as Senior Program Manager at Amaanah Services. A dedicated advocate for equitable learning, she has served as a classroom teacher, District Instructional Specialist, and Campus Principal, consistently driving initiatives that elevate student achievement and community engagement.

At Amaanah, Christina oversees the Youth Education Services program and the Big Sister Circle initiative, expanding support systems that empower students and women to thrive. Her work strengthens language acquisition, fosters community belonging, and creates pathways of empowerment for underserved populations.

Christina is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Educational Leadership, underscoring her belief that education and mentorship are the foundations of success and lifelong empowerment. Her commitment to knowledge-sharing ensures that the communities Amaanah serves gain the tools to pursue independence, opportunity, and fulfillment.
