Tom brings deep expertise in growth strategy, M&A, and business transformation to his advisory practice and his board work.
He has been part of over a dozen transactions from the buy and sell sides, including leading the $8 billion dollar integration of GE Oil and Gas and Baker Hughes commercial software businesses. He co-founded Rana Analytics, a boutique, global technology and advisory firm, and currently serves as Board Chair for that organization. His diverse experience in senior roles in IT, HR, Sales, Operations and Supply Chain provides a valuable perspective for his clients and Board work.
He has significant experience in oilfield services, financial services/banking, manufacturing and business services, and upstream and downstream oil and gas segments.
